Course Description:

This next session in this series will focus on Mental Health Resources, led by Kristy Gould and Abby DiPasquale from the MMA Health Trust:

It is difficult to know where to turn if you, a loved one, or an employee you support needs help with a mental health or substance use issue.   In June’s Lunch & Learn webinar staff will help you understand where you can quickly find expert, compassionate, and confidential care — which is often free or at very low cost.  We will cover resources targeted at multiple audiences and available both through the Health Trust and other local and state programs, and will also share some tips to support someone in crisis.

 Please note that this will be held as an interactive Zoom meeting. Video and audio functionality and participation is encouraged.

 Join us for the 3rd session in MMA’s new FREE bi-monthly Lunch & Learn series, designed to give members the chance to engage with MMA staff and one another on timely and relevant topics throughout the course of the year. The sessions, held via Zoom, will rotate topics and give the opportunity to engage in conversation and connect over the ways that MMA staff can support you.
